Cleanups bookend the season. A spring cleanup pulls the property out of winter — we de-thatch the lawn, clean leaves and debris out of beds, cut back perennials that were left for winter interest, hand-edge bed lines, and prep everything for first mow and first mulch.

Common Questions
When should I book a spring cleanup?
Late March through April, once the snow is fully gone and the ground has firmed up. We start booking in February — earlier slots fill first.
When should I book a fall cleanup?
Mid-October through late November, after the bulk of leaves have come down. Some properties get two visits — a mid-fall pass and a final.
Do I need both spring and fall?
Most properties benefit from both, but you can book one or the other. Fall is the higher-value visit — leaves left over winter cause snow mold and dead patches.
What about gutters?
We can clear ground-floor gutters as part of a fall cleanup on request. Higher gutters may need a separate quote depending on access.
